Horse riding in Kyrgyzstan 02 – 11 days

Transport: A/C, total 1400km.

Trip season: June till September. 

Come and explore Kyrgyzstan with Kyrgyz horses. The program will take you to the most famous places in the country; Issyk-Kul Lake and Lake Son Kul. When travelling with Central Asia Tours, you will discover the variety of landscapes, the hospitality of the Kyrgyz nomadic people, and the agility and endurance of Kyrgyz horses.

Bishkek – Karakol

Meeting at the airport with a guide translator and driver. Transfer to the guest house to have breakfast and a shower. Next, we head to the east to join the ends of Lake Issyk-Kul to over 1600 m. altitude. In the afternoon we will visit the city of Karakol. Overnight in the guesthouse in Karakol. 8h of a drive.

Horse riding in Karakol - Kichi Kizil-Suu

Morning transfer to Pakrovka. Departure on horses to the small valley of KichiKyzyl-Suu. Quietly, we go from a semi-desert scenery gray-green before crossing edelweiss fields and lush nature, 6 hours on horseback. Splendid view of Lake Issyk-Kul. Overnight in tents by the river

Horse riding in Kichi Kizil-Suu – Djuukuchak

After a good breakfast, we will load the horses before making our way to Jumatai 3325m Pass. Lunch on the way. We will cross the pass to reach Jiluu-Suu "hot spring water" where you can swim in the thermal spring (40 degrees ) 6 hours on horseback, overnight and dinner.

Transfer Djuukuchak – to the Lake Son Kul

We take our vehicle to reach the jewel of the nomads. Son Kul Lake is located at 3016m. On the road, we visit the hunter with the eagle, the craft center in Kochkor. Lunch in Kochkor. We continue our drive to the lake. Cross the Pass KalmakAshu at 3446m. Nice panoramic view of the lake. In the afternoon, coming to the yurt camp at Lake Son - Kul. Dinner and overnight

Horse riding at Lake Son-Kul

Breakfast in the yurt camp. Starting horseback trek to the mountains around the lake. We have the opportunity to better compare the horses in each region. Picnic. Back to the yurt camp. Afternoon, demonstration of equestrian/horse nomads games. Night and dinner.

Transfer Son Kul – Kazarman – Aral village

 Early morning after breakfast departure from the yurt camp. We pass the MoldoAshu Pass at 3150m, famous by its coils. Along the river descent from the pass, we reach the valley of Ak-Talaa meaning "dry field or the white field." Arriving in the village of TogolokMoldo, visit a local mausoleum. Picnic on the way. The road is in poor condition, without asphalt. In the afternoon, we arrive in Kazarman small village along the river Naryn. Free time for exploring and walking through the village. Dinner and overnight.

Horse riding in Aral - to the valley Kurobos

After breakfast, we have a short transfer. Meeting with the groom of the team. Lunch on nature. Departure to Kurobos for riding the horses in the valley. We're walking to the bottom of the valley Kurobos. Setting up camp depending on the situation. Dinner and overnight.

Horse riding to the lake Kapka

 Early morning departure. It is a corner practically no visited by foreigners. Picnic lunch on the wild nature. We have more chances to see wild animals. Outdoor picnic. In the afternoon arrival to the Lake Kapka. Dinner and overnight

Horse riding to the village Jetiguen – transfer to Toktogul

 Last day of hiking. This day, we pass Lake Kara-Suu surrounded by mountains. In the lake, there is a lot of fishing. Kyrgyz fishermen come for the weekend. Climb to ChibeBel. Lunch. Descent to the village of Jetiguen. Our driver picks us up in this village. Leaving the horses, driving to Toktogul. Dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Bishkek

After a good night in the guest house with a shower, we take our vehicle to reach the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek. 4h of a drive. Check-in noon in Bishkek, lunch in a restaurant downtown. Installation in a guest house. Free time to visit the city center. Dinner in a typical Kyrgyz restaurant. Overnight

Flight to home.

 During the night transfer to Manas airport. Return flight to home. End of service!

The notes

 The visa is not required for Swiss nationals, EU, Canadian and Japanese passport with at least 6 months valid for a period does not exceed 60 days. Nomandatoryvaccine.  Payment of the trip, please read it in the Term&Conditions.  Equipment for the trip, please read it in the Term&Conditions.  Provide your personal medicament because the guide has only a basic pharmacy. Medicament for the stomach, headache, cold, external wounds.  To do this trekking, you have to be experienced riders.
